Hard coded virus is a deadly sign that is attached directly on the Read Only Memory (ROM) of hardware devices, such as motherboard, keyboard and printer. A computer virus is yet no cure except to replace the Read only memory. What you can do, immediately return the device on the manufacturer and ask for replacement.
