Two factors that influence Page Rank (PR) is the exclusive domain name and keyword.
a. Domain Name
Is one aspect that is important to raise the page rank. Need domain name that precisely in order to get a high page rank.
For example, if the website contains recipes and its main keyword "cooking" his domain name could recipes.com or other sebgainya Recipehealthy.com and which contain the main keyword.
Also to note is that the domain name with the suffix. Com better than. Org and so on, because. Com is the suffix url familiar. so easy to remember by internet users.
So basically rename the url address with a word that becomes the primary keyword and use the suffix. Com.
b.keyword exclusive
Is a unique keyword which is not widely used but stout in demand.
