Honda Jet, Flying Success

Tempo - The project is Honda's first aircraft, a success, with his flying Honda Jet in the Center of Honda Aircraft Company facility at Piedmont Triad International Airport, Greensboro, North Carolina State, United States, December 21, yesterday.



In the event launch, Honda Jet aircraft flew for 51 minutes. From the test results telemetry, aircraft pass the test applicable safety standards and also managed to show a good performance. Maximum speed that can be achieved by this aircraft is 420 knots, equivalent to 483 mph. Honda Jet is also able to reach a maximum altitude of 43,000 feet.

President & CEO of Honda Aircraft Company, Michimasa Fujino very relieved that the whole series of tests under the strict supervision of the FAA, especially the results of tests to run properly. "This test is very important for the Honda Jet program," he said as quoted by the manufacturer page.

With the results of this test, Honda will launch its first jet aircraft production process. Fujino also added that it would continue to provide all capabilities to provide the highest satisfaction to the consumer in accordance with one of Honda's philosophy.
